1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the aristocrat website at aristocrat.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the aristocrat platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or platform systems through any technical means.
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to exploit the platform.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or any restricted areas of the system.
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the rights of any third party.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person or entity.
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso Accounts
All transactions on the aristocrat platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Account balances, deposits, stakes, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP. Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available for the transactions they initiate.
Aristocrat does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any time. The platform may add or remove payment options at its discretion. All deposits are subject to verification and may be reviewed for compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, where technically feasible, and are subject to identity verification.
Aristocrat is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking systems, or technical issues outside its control. 6. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
Aristocrat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: a player breaches these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; a player fails to meet eligibility requirements; or the platform is required to do so by law or regulation.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Any remaining eligible balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player using the original payment method, subject to verification.
